This is SO far off from what I usually paint!
I mean, just LOOK at the colours on those clothes! Someone here have NO fashion sense.
Done for a monthly challenge with the theme set to "Opposites" this time.
Opposites: Up vs Down, Male vs Female, Complementary colours, Cold vs Warm (colours), Soft (sky) vs Hard (rock).
Time: Rushed and yet too many hours, at least 10.
Program: All Photoshop baby!
References: I winged it, so no references. ^^ Couldn't find any decent poses anywhere... :/
At first, I though that daemons and angels would be cool opposites. Cause you can't go wrong with a spiffy daemon! ^^
But then again, that's kinda predictable for me, so I came up with this instead.
Dunno if I like it to be honest.
I'm not used to the colour scheme, me thinks. 
Might be it. 
Now, I'm off to drawing spaceships again. Bu-bye!

Whaaa. I like it. It's ridiculously un-you. I'd prefer this any day to an angel/daemon picture. There's only so much angel/daemon that you can take, after all.
Both characters look really great, but the girl is phenomenal! I love her hair and her tutu. This color scheme, too, has a really nice feel to it. It feels fresh and original! It makes me think a bit of a weird run-away-to-the-circus idea, but with a very nice twist of obviously abstract intent! I like this a lot.
